Dr Gaurav Sabharwal
GP - One5Health
Dr Sabharwal is a passionate GP with further experience and accreditation in Sport & Exercise Medicine. He did his medical training at St Barts and The London School of Medicine (MBBS). He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and went on to complete a Masters (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Medicine from University College London based at the world famous Institute of Sport, Exercise & Health.
His key area of medical research lies in working with professional footballers in English football leagues in assessing and managing mental health problems at the elite athlete level. Dr Sabharwal also has a specialist interest in preventative healthcare, lifestyle medicine, mental health and the management of chronic conditions. He continues to undertake work in the NHS as well as in the private sector.
Dr Thomas Dannhauser
Psychiatrist
Dr Thomas Dannhauser is a consultant psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience. In 2005, Dr Dannhauser became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists London and went on to obtain his PhD using functional brain imaging at the Institute of Psychiatry (Maudsley) and University College London in 2011, where he was then appointed honorary senior lecturer in psychiatry. He has been working exclusively in the private sector since 2016, practising precision psychiatry, providing evidence-based and cutting-edge assessments and treatments to prevent, cure, and treat his patients' mental health problems. He studies and develops online assessments such as the Mindfit.clinic for ADHD, and wearable functional NIRS brain scanning technology as compliments and alternatives to traditional treatments.
Dr Paul Baguley
Surgeon - A Vita
Dr Paul Baguley is an Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeon practicing at A Vita, where he is also Medical Director qualified in ALS, ATLS, and ePALS. In addition to this, he currently works within the Emergency Department for the local NHS. Previously his practice offered services to a population base of over 2.6 million, performing over 750 general anaesthetic operations and 600 local anaesthetic operations per year. Dr Baguleys' practice was split between skin cancer surgery , Hand Surgery, General Plastic Surgery, Breast and reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetic surgery.
Ali Ghanem
Consultant Plastic Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgeon - The Ghanem Clinic
Mr Ghanem is a UK trained plastic reconstructive aesthetic surgeon with international fellowships in Seoul-South Korea, Brussels-Belgium, Paris-France, Toronto-Canada and Miami-USA. His academic work has been recognised by many prestigious prizes and awards such as The Arnold Huddard Medal of the Craniofacial Society of Great Britain and Ireland, Education Excellence Innovation Award from London Deanery, visiting Professorships at Barcelona University, Spain and Cardarelli Biotechnology Centre in Naples, Italy. He was recently honoured for significant contribution to aesthetic plastic surgery education by the Pan Arab Association of Burn and Plastic Surgery and the prestigious International Fellowship of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Mr Ghanem served as clinical senior lecturer in Plastic Reconstructive Aesthetic Surgery at Barts and at the London School of Medicine and Dentistry of Queen Mary University of London where he founded and led the Master of Science programme in Aesthetic Medicine and Reconstructive Microsurgery until 2020. In 2020 he was appointed as a visiting Professor of Aesthetic Medicine at the College of Medicine and Dentistry Birmingham and Ulster University with a remit to establish and direct the new department of Facial Aesthetics. He is the Lead Consultant and Founder – Director of the Academy of the Aesthetic Regenerative Medicine and of the Aesthetic Regenerative Clinic.
Alex Reynolds
Lead Clinician for Advanced Practice
Alex qualified as a Physician Associate from St Georges University of London in 2014, and has since worked in various NHS and Private healthcare settings throughout London. He has primarily worked in Neurosciences areas, but has also spent time working in Vascular surgery units and Emergency departments throughout south London. In 2018, he was appointed the Lead Physician Associate at University College London and helped develop the Physician Associate workforce in Queens Square.
Parallel to his clinical work, Alex has experience in Physician Associate education, where was a Senior Lecturer for the University of Reading where he was based for a number of years setting up their successful Physician Associate Masters program.
Alex currently works at The Cleveland Clinic as the Lead clinician for Advanced Practice, where he leads a team of 12 Advanced practice providers, including Physician Associates and Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
He regularly speaks at the National Physician Associate conference on various clinical topics, as well as advising Physician Associates on indemnity and insurance queries.

Sarah Woodwark
Partner - Clinical Negligence - Clyde&Co
Prior to qualifying into the legal profession, Sarah was a qualified staff nurse, which has assisted her throughout her practice and enables her to bring a pragmatic and insightful approach to cases. Sarah leads the healthcare insurance claims team and ensures that the service delivered by the team is of the highest quality. She deals with a range of complex medical cases and is also a specialist in dealing with ophthalmic and dental and oral cancer claims.
She ensures developments in the area are shared rapidly both internally with the team and with clients and provides insights into how developments may impact on an individual practitioner's practice and organisation's risk profiles.

Stephen works with healthcare businesses and healthcare professionals and their insurers, alongside a team of insurance coverage and defence disputes lawyers with colleagues across a variety of legal specialisms. Genevieve Isherwood
Senior Associate - RPC Law Firm
Genevieve has wide-ranging experience acting for insurers and insureds on medical negligence and life sciences claims. She has experience in both significant, high-value, high-profile insurance litigation and in smaller value claims. This has included claims involving clinical trials, medical products, addiction and vaccination issues. Alongside litigation, Genevieve handles healthcare regulatory matters, including professional conduct proceedings and inquests.
Genevieve also provides discrete advice to clients in the life sciences arena, including on the setting up and provision of a telemedicine service. Genevieve is mentioned in Legal 500’s pharmaceuticals and biotechnology category. She gained valuable understanding of the insurance market working in-house in the claims handling department of a Lloyd’s approved Managing General Agency providing underwriting solutions to the health industry. Prior to entering the legal profession Genevieve worked part-time as a healthcare assistant in a mental health hospital, so she has a unique insight into the challenges faced by medical and life sciences insureds.
